THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EXPERIENCED IN 25 YEARS.
Just wanted a simple worktop cut for utility room and I've waited a month for it to arrive rather than a week as stated....the phoneline has been switched off...no reply to emails...wonder what condition my order will arrive in - IF it ever arrives?? I'd like my money back if CutMy can't deliver this straight forward order. Looks like no current customers are satisfied.
I'D BE COMPLETELY CRAZY TO USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN !

So pleased I chose to repair instead of replace!
measured my damaged ikea nightstand tops and ordered melamine tops to match. They arrived well packaged, in about 10 days (I was not in a rush so did not mind the wait). I used the old, damaged tops as a template to drill new holes on the underside for the fixings and they look like NEW! So pleased I chose to repair instead of replace. It was so easy and saved me a huge amount of money.

While the strips come pre-cut to standard widths, the lengths are sold in 1800mm sections, so you'll need to calculate how many strips are required for your wall panel design and trim accordingly.
How do I choose the right width for my MDF panelling strips?
Wider strips (100-120mm) create a classic board and batten look, while narrower 50-80mm widths allow more intricate patterns like herringbone. You should consider the room's size, where larger rooms can handle wider planks while narrower spaces often suit slimmer strips. You can also mix widths for added dimension.
How do I decide what thickness for my MDF panelling strips?

Do the strips need any prep work before installation?
No prep work is needed before installation. We recommend installing the strips first, before priming and painting, so you only have to prime and paint once after the strips have been glued or nailed in place.
