Delivery Policy

Delivery Update

Due to high demand for protection screens and other covid related items we have turned off our express and next day delivery options. If your order is for a screen or other protection device please let us know at order and we will fast track it. Other orders are likely to to be delayed and we appreciate your patience with this. You will get an order confirmation email, and when your order is dispatched you will get another email confirming this.

Delivery charges are based on the size of the largest panel you order and how quickly you'd like to receive it. All delivery charges include excellent standards of packaging to ensure your order gets to you in great condition. For small orders below 297mm we use Royal Mail and larger orders are sent with reliable couriers such as DHL and TNT. For the longest side up to 1200mm delivery, this maximum is also met when both dimensions are over 750mm.

The Small Print

There is a supplement on deliveries to the Scottish Highlands, Grampians, Northern Ireland, Eire, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man and the Channel Islands. This supplement will be calculated when you add your delivery details to your order. If you have any questions please contact us. We are unable to offer free delivery to any of the above locations.

We try very hard to get your orders to you on time, but on rare occasions this doesn't happen. Sometimes we make mistakes, and unfortunately we are occasionally let down by our delivery partners. We will do our best to keep you informed whilst we sort out these issues.

Please don’t book other contractors or services until you have actually received your order, we can not be held liable for any costs incurred due to late, damaged or incorrect orders.

Large or Heavy Orders

These orders generally can't be sent with a courier network due to them getting damaged. For this reason we run our own transport which covers the central strip of the country between the M6 and M1 from Liverpool, Manchester, Leeds in the north to the south-coast including London. This can mean that we may be unable to offer these orders on an express or next day deliveries. We are sometimes able to offer delivery outside of this area so, please get in touch. Unfortunately we are unable to offer this service to Ireland, Scotland and most parts of Wales currently.

Frequently Asked Delivery Questions

Can my delivery and billing address be different?

Yes! Your delivery address doesn’t need to be the same as your billing address. You can pick different addresses whilst checking out.

Can I collect my order?

You are more than welcome to come and pick your order up from us at no cost to you. You can select this option in the checkout. Our address is Unit 51-52, Mackley Industrial Estate, Henfield Road, Small Dole, BN5 9XR.

How will I know if my order has been dispatched?

You will receive a confirmation email when you place your order. We will send email you again with your invoice when your item has been dispatched from our warehouse. Where possible, this email will include the courier’s tracking details.

Will I have to be in all day?

Depending on how you order is being delivered we may be able to give you a window for delivery via the courier tracking number. This applies to about 70% of our orders. If you are unable to be at home for the delivery, our couriers will try to leave your order somewhere safe or with a neighbour. If you are not going to be in, a clear note on the front door really help the drivers out.

In what condition should my order be delivered?

Your order should arrive packaged and in perfect condition, just as it left us. If your order appears to have been damaged in transit, please sign for it as DAMAGED and open the package immediately to check the sheets inside. Our packing is pretty robust and often damage of the packaging doesn't make it through to the sheets inside. If your sheets are unfortunately damaged, please email is within 24 hours with a description of the damage and pictures to illustrate it.

Do you deliver outside of the UK and Eire?

Yes, we can ship abroad. Contact us with details of what you would like to order and where you would like it delivered, and we can create a bespoke quote for you.
