Can I collect my order?

You are more than welcome to come and pick your order up from us. You can select this option at the checkout and will be given an estimated collection date and then an email when your order is ready to collect. Our address is Unit 60, Mackley Industrial Estate, Henfield Road, Small Dole, BN5 9XR.

How will I know if my order has been dispatched?

You will receive a confirmation email when you place your order. We will email you again with your invoice when your item has been dispatched from our warehouse. Where possible, this email will include the courier’s tracking details.

Will I have to be in all day?

Depending on how your order is being delivered, the courier may be able to give you a window for delivery via the courier tracking number. If you are unable to be at home for the delivery, our couriers will try to leave your order somewhere safe, or with a neighbour. If you are not going to be in, a clear note on the front door really helps the couriers.

For large orders delivery is to kerbside only so please bear this in mind if you're not going to be available on the day of delivery.

In what condition should my order be delivered?

While all orders are made to a high quality and leave our shipment facility in a protected film, if your order appears to have been damaged in transit, please sign for it as DAMAGED and contact us via info@cutmy.co.uk within 24 hours with a description of the fault, and photographic evidence.

Do you deliver outside of Great Britain?

Currently, we do not provide any deliveries outside of Great Britain. We are also unable to deliver to any addresses on the Isle of Skye, Northern Ireland, Eire, Isle of Wight, the Channel Islands or the Scottish Highlands.

What is your normal delivery timescale?

Our normal delivery timescale is within 7 working days, however, during busy times this may be longer. Though, we also provide faster delivery options if required.

Delivery Methods

Economy

Delivery time is dependent on your order and estimated at checkout. While we give an estimate, situations outside of our control may affect this. We will send you an email when your item has been shipped. Due to our painting process, this is the only delivery option available for any of our painted products, or our Premium Acrylic Splashbacks.

Express

Delivery time is dependent on your order and estimated at checkout. While we give an estimate, factors outside of our control may affect this. We will send you an email when your item has been shipped.

Next Working Day

Any orders made under our 'Next Working Day' option need to be made before 13.00 Monday to Friday to qualify for next working day delivery. We will send you an email when your item has been shipped. Items will be produced and shipped that day using a next day parcel service. Any further requirements such as rounded edges, cut-outs, holes or printing may push dispatch to be the following day.

Standard Collection

Our standard collection option is free, with orders available to collect within 4 working days. While we give this as an estimate, situations outside of our control may affect this. Express Collection

Our express collection option costs £9.95. You will be given an estimated collection date at checkout and an email to let you know when your order is ready for collection. While we give this as an estimate, situations outside of our control may affect this. We will send you an email when your item is ready to collect so please don't arrive until you have received this email. Delivery Restrictions

While we do try exceptionally hard to deliver orders within an estimated time frame, on rare occasions, we may fail to do so. In these instances, we will endeavour to communicate with you throughout any delays.

Any orders where the longest side is smaller than 297mm and weighs less than 3kg are considered small orders. Any small orders will be shipped through Royal Mail. The price of this delivery is the same as the one selected for your item.

However, any orders where the longest side is between 298mm and 1200mm, or where both dimensions are above 600mm will be considered a large order. Any large orders will be shipped through either DHL or DX. There are also restrictions on the weight of the order, where it can not weigh more than 30kg, but if possible we will split your order into multiple parcels to allow for it to be shipped.

Depending on the size of your order delivery is to kerbside only.

Third-Party Couriers

Our standard couriers are DHL, DX and APC, however, we also use Royal Mail for any small orders as specified above. Currently, we are unable to ship to the Isle of Skye, Northern Ireland, Eire, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, the Channel Islands, and some of the Scottish Highlands. Please note some postcodes may incur additional costs. While we package all orders to the highest of quality and ensure that all goods are ready to ship within a specific time frame, we are not liable for our couriers.

When using DHL and DX, there are restrictions to how heavy and large the orders can be, if, in any instance where your order exceeds those measurements, we will seek to use our in-house alternative.

In-House Shipping

We only use in-house shipping for products too large or heavy for one of our third-party couriers. These include products where the longest side is between 298mm and 1200mm or where multiple dimensions are above 600mm, or when the product weighs more than 30kg.

Currently, we are unable to ship to the Isle of Skye, Northern Ireland, Eire, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, the Channel Islands, and some of the Scottish Highlands.
