Cut My Plastic will endeavour to deliver your order in perfect condition, however, accidents do happen and where there is a problem, we will fix it as quickly and efficiently as possible. If the plastic we deliver is imperfect, or incorrect in any way, please contact us at your earliest convenience (within 14 days of receipt of delivery) and we will refund your money or exchange your product. We will ask you to send us photographs of the affected products.
In the case of special orders, these cannot be returned except if the order is incorrectly cut or otherwise faulty in some way.
If you are returning an order to us, please make sure that it is returned safely with as much of the original packaging and the film protecting the surfaces still intact.
Orders Damaged in Transit:
- If your order arrives with signs of damage, please sign for it as DAMAGED and contact us within seven days with a photo of the damage to email@example.com along with your order number. This is so that we can begin making the replacement for your damaged order as soon as possible. Please keep the damaged order in its original packaging so we can collect it and communicate with the courier.
Amendments and cancellations:
- If, for any reason, you need to cancel or amend an order, please contact us within 7 days of placing your original order. Please note that orders for plastic sheet cut to size or with holes cannot be cancelled or amended once they have been submitted.
- If your order has already been processed by the time you come to cancel or amend it, it will be necessary for you to return it using the returns policy as outlined above.
