We provide various types of plywood for our customers to choose from which we can cut to any size or shape using our CNC router, allowing for a greater level of accuracy and repeatability. Whatever shape you need, we can cut it – all you need to do is send us your drawings, in either CAD or a sketch format, and we can cut it for you. Our CNC router can be also used for rebating, pocketing and hole cutting on virtually any sheet material, as well as plywood. We also provide laser cutting, CNC engraving services and miter cutting for additional customisation of your plywood sheets.
If you want to print onto plywood, you may want to consider birch plywood, which provides a smooth surface texture that’s ideally suited to printing. Using state-of-the-art UV printers, we have the capability to print full sheets of plywood in one go, providing a professional result at a much faster rate than painting can offer. We currently only list 8x4 sheets (2440x1220mm) but we’re able to purchase and cut sheets of up to 2000x3000mm, so get in touch with our team today to discuss your specific requirements. There’s the option of next day delivery if you’re working to a tight deadline, and if you are placing larger orders, we can deliver throughout most of the UK using our own transport service. If you have a larger ongoing project taking place, contact us to discuss bulk discounts and regular supply orders.

25mm Marine Plywood Grades
Wood comes in a variety of grades; we offer the grades listed below. See our plywood grading guide for more information on the types available.
Marine plywood is for use in environments where the wood is exposed to moisture for extended periods. The type of wood we offer has a high-quality BB/BB face grade and is well-suited to demanding environments such as gardens, bathrooms and parks as well as for roof supports and advertising panels that will be exposed to harsh weather conditions.
Advantages of 25mm Marine Plywood
Marine plywood is a great material for environments which are prone to damp and humidity, as it retains its structure and strength in areas where standard woods would be prone to warping and rotting over time. Marine plywood has excellent machinability and can be cut easily using standard power tools and handsaws, so it’s perfect for DIY projects. This variety of plywood can be used for interior and exterior applications and is versatile as well as being cost-effective. The affordability of this material means that customers benefit from a high-quality material that won’t break the bank. Our other most popular sizes are 12mm marine plywood and 18mm marine plywood.
Applications of 25mm Plywood Sheets
25mm marine plywood can be used for a variety of applications and at this thickness, it is perfect for projects which need to be resistant to warping or bending. From concrete frameworks, roofing and flooring to sheds and storage containers, this variety of plywood is useful for many different projects. If the wood is being used outside, ensure that the edges of the plywood are treated with an appropriate wood preserver to ensure that the material stays in great condition long-term. We also offer birch plywood, hardwood plywood and softwood plywood.

Is mirrored acrylic like normal mirror?

What's your standard radius corner?
20mm, but we can cut to your requirements.
How many holes do I need in my acrylic?
1 per corner should be sufficient for smaller pieces. You might want to consider an extra hole in the middle if your sheet is larger.
Can I cut acrylic?
Yes, you can. Just take it slow and easy.
Can I put acrylic behind a hob?
Not if it is gas or electric. You need a gap of 5cm between an induction hob and the acrylic.
Do you fit the acrylic?
No, we don't. We do provide some templates which should help you to take your measurements. The acrylic is easy to install by any competent DIYer.
