Very Impressive service, logs ordered, delivered and being used within a week, could not be happier, we have a huge 10kw glass log burner and had used other soft and hard wood logs but the glass was getting filthy black soot covered all over that was taking 20-30 mins to clean each morning after use! With these new kiln dried hardwood logs we can wipe off what soot is on the glass with warm water and the glass is spotless in 2-3 mins so massive difference and improvement
